I love smoothies. Mango, strawberry, wild cherry cranberry, all so good. My brother David makes the best, he blends the frozen fruit, plain vanilla yogurt, milk, and ice in just the right way. Smooth and creamy, it melts on your tongue, and you can taste every kind of fruit he put in. Yum...
I'm not so great at making them though. I've tried so many different ways but they never taste right. It's either to chunky or absolutely zip flavor. I've decided I'm going to learn how to make the perfect smoothie!

~Pumpkin Smoothie~
Ingredients:
1 cup of canned pumpkin
1 cup fresh cut apricot or frozen.
1 tbs sugar
1 cup 2% milk
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 cup of ice

Blend until creamy :)
